Summercourse Decentralisation and Local Governance 2008

This summercourse was an interesting and inspiring meeting of people from different types of organisations working in different parts of the world: Tanzania, The Netherlands, Rwanda, Armenia, Yemen and Uganda. Read some feedback from the participants:
